Guinness World Records announced that Aleshia Wiley of Cedartown, Georgia, holds the record for the world’s largest collection of Wonder Woman memorabilia, with 1,581 items. The collection includes comic books, Funko Pop figurines, action figures, specialty toys and branded merchandise, according to Guinness.

Wiley told Guinness World Records she fell in love with the character watching the Justice League animated series in the early 2000s.

“In those animations, she always stood her ground, was quick witted, and carried herself with strength and compassion,” Wiley told Guinness.

Wiley said she gravitates toward Wonder Woman because of the character’s association with female empowerment.

“Wonder Woman is a beacon of hope for girls and women everywhere, and a reminder that we need to support one another more,” Wiley told Guinness. “She shows that true strength comes from within and together we have the strength of the Amazons.”

Wiley said the most significant piece in her collection — what she calls the “holy grail” — is a comic book signed by Stan Lee, the Marvel Comics writer, and Lynda Carter, who played Wonder Woman in the television series that ran from 1975 to 1979.
